I vigorously represent each of my clients facing criminal charges.  I prepare each case as if it were going to trial. While the vast majority of cases can be resolved without trial, thorough preperation produces the best resolutions.  I thoroughly investigate all the evidence, then completely research the relevant law, and then vigorously advocate for my clients.

The Process:

Consultation

First, I offer a free consultation to anyone facing criminal charges. During the consultation we will fully discuss the circumstances that brought about the arrest. I will answer any questions about the case, and give my initial impressions about the case.

Letter

Should you hire me to defend you, I investigate the evidence, research all the relevant law, and then write a letter outlining your case.  The letter outlines what evidence the government will be able to produce and what the government must prove to convict someone of that crime.  The letter goes into detail about our options, and the potential outcomes.  

Strategy Meeting

After having time to consider the letter, we set up a meeting to discuss strategy.  At the strategy meeting we discuss the possibilities and decide how to best move forward to reach the best possible resolution.
